At Modern Mule, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags. Securely seal the box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
